What Information Do We Collect?

We collect personal data from and about you through the Sites and Services, including:

Depending on which features you choose to use, Ener-Chi Wellness Center is both Controller and Processor of personal data covered by the Privacy Policy for purposes of European data protection legislation.

ENER-CHI uses several business partners, third parties, to provide you with products and information. These business partners have their own policies and agreements that govern their use of your personal information and other information.

UltraCart manages ENER-CHI’s shopping cart and checkout. All information about data collections and storage can be found in their privacy policy. UltraCart stores customer order records for 3 years.

United Fulfillment Solutions
United Fulfillment Solutions (“UFSI”) manages ENER-CHI’s product fulfillment. We pass personal information needed to fulfill your order, such as name and shipping address.

ENER-CHI uses MailChimp for the purpose of sending emails about newsletters, Special Offers and occasional news or updates about our website policies.

Telelink
Telelink manages ENER-CHI’s customer service call center and records customer service calls. After July 1, 2018 Telelink will commence purging all call recordings once they are one year old.

ENER-CHI does NOT sell personal information or data. ENER-CHI does NOT participate in the processing of personal data for targeted advertising, or profiling that has significant effects.

ENER-CHI does not accept any liability for personal information submitted, or for any third parties’ use or misuse of personal information.

Retention

We retain personal information for as long as it is reasonably needed to perform the business purpose for which it was collected and consistent with applicable law. We strive to limit our retention of personal information to the least amount of time needed.

COPPA DISCLAIMER: Information from Minors

The Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”) was created to protect children, under the age of thirteen (13) from unsuspecting acts or practices in conjunction with collecting, using, and disclosing any information about them. The Site will never knowingly accept, collect, maintain or use any information from a child under the age of thirteen (13). If a child whom ENER-CHI knows to be under the age of thirteen (13) sends personal information to us online, ENER-CHI will only use that information to respond directly to that child, notify parents or guardians, or seek parental consent.

ACCESS, REMEDIES AND COMPLIANCE: How to Access, Correct, or Delete your Personal Inforamtion

Whenever possible, visitors to ENER-CHI may review the personal inforamtion and data we maintain about them in our records. ENER-CHI will not be able to provide such access to personal inforamtion and data that has been deleted from its records as soon as we are allowed to by law. However, prior to such deletion ENER-CHI will not use that personal inforamtion and data except for the purpose for which it was submitted.
